1x Pair of Nagoya-Yamanashi Earrings with Hypoallergenic Surgical Steel Posts and Backing
One side has the Nagoya Castle, the other side has Chureito Pagoda. It will come as a mismatched pair only - thank you.

What comes to mind when you think of Mt Fuji inspired jewellery?
The "Destination" for this pair of earrings is Nagoya Castle and Chureito Pagoda (Yamanashi).
Both landscapes feature these historical landmarks with Mt Fuji in the background. Each component was cut/shaped freehand using only a tissue blade and a hobby knife. Each oval tag is like a clay painting with a large range of colours and wonderful textures. The details are seriously tiny and they are mounted on our Cherry Blossom Classic Mini ear studs (approx 12mm diameter) for a special touch. Truly wearable art for the ears, and a result of a labour of love.
Each pair of "Destination" earrings takes a minimum of 7 hours to complete, and included with your purchase is joy and pride. Sore neck and shoulders are not included - so don't worry, I'll handle that with my making.
Many people may not understand that with polymer clay, a lot of care and concentration needs to go into each piece, as once you place the clay onto clay, it is very hard to remedy.
All details and clay components were made from scratch, detailed and assembled manually.

Made with premium polymer clay.

Please see the above actual in stock quantity which can be despatched next business day. If sold out (no stock quantity indicated), this earring can be made to order. Made to order will close for this item during the Christmas period. Due to the freehand nature of the earrings, please also allow for slight differences in colours, details and scales of the buildings. Each earring is lightly sanded and smooth to touch, but may retain some visual bumps and textures which are all normal during the polymer clay making process.

TOTAL LENGTH:
53mm approx

WIDEST SECTION:
25mm approx

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
-Please supervise children if you choose to let them wear these earrings
-Please do not submerge in water and avoid wetting/ moisture
-Pierced ears are required
-These were made from polymer clay, so please do not squeeze/ crush, drop or leave hanging around (eg. in a handbag) to ensure it stays in its original condition
-All items were handmade, so please allow for differences in the measurements. Slight imperfections are normal such as fingerprints; each piece has been QC'd prior to sending out.
-Stainless steel generally does not change colour, but under some circumstances such as chemistry with certain skin types, lots of friction, or prolonged exposure to chemicals and alcohols (eg. perfumes) may cause the steel to discolour, but this is rare (think of wear and tear of your standard steel watch band).
-Due to computer screens and photography, the colours may have slight differences to the actual product.
