Hi everyone!

The Valentines Release is now live on the website. There are three pairs available and will be made to order - if you order all three pairs, you unlock a mystery jewellery item/ bonus. One of these bonuses are going out in the post today, and I'm excited for it to be delivered! But first I need to visit the post office (I'll make my way literally in the next 20 minutes to avoid the peak crowd) to lodge it. Speaking of which, last week I went to the post office and it was CLOSED due to lack of staff - on a Thursday. Crazy times! The Mystery Box release is officially closed, and the orders for those have also been posted last week.

The Valentines collection is not quite your typical Valentines (with the exception of the Love Letter), but more things you might see as gifts or decorations around this time of the year. I've concentrated on evergreen designs that can be worn all year around, and have significantly toned down the size of the earrings as I have (over)heard a few of you during Christmas that my earrings may be too big. 

Both big and small earrings have their difficulties during making - with a small size, it is difficult to get details shown (though I have managed really well with the bear studs, even the backs have a surprise), and with large earrings it is easy to have imperfections from a technical/ structural point of view. I personally was never into large earrings, but when I started making, I wore my first ever sample earrings out to see how they felt and looked. They were about 30mm diameter and 45mm drop. I didn't look back after that - there's just something fancy about a large pair of earrings, even with a pair of jeans and a tshirt. I do however, appreciate the feedback and understand that not everyone likes large earrings, so the bear earrings will be available for pretty much ever - I'll make a few spare in the upcoming few days in preparation for the pop up, along with maybe a new collection (I am a little uninspired now as I have a bit of a leg injury and I'm a bit salty about it).

In regards to my pop up in a week's time - I think it's still proceeding as I have not heard anything, but I will still go ahead so long as the venue is ok with it, given the number of wild case numbers in NSW recently. The pop up location isn't in a high traffic area - as in most people will only go in with intention. I'm keeping my fingers crossed, and I might actually consider driving there, though I don't really want to look after my car. Anyway, I'll keep you all posted.

Thank you everyone for keeping me busy in such difficult times - I strongly recommend placing an order online as I haven't scheduled any market stalls given that it has just been the New Year and the case numbers are far from ideal. I am posting next business day where possible (of course, excludes made to order), and you never know what's going to be quite inside your parcel when you open it up.
