Find me this weekend at Sydney Made Art & Design Markets and SMASH! Anime Convention

Hi everyone!
This weekend's going to be a big one for me, and I'm madly restocking and also taking time out to plan things.
Sat 16 July 2022 10am-5pm
Sydney Made Art & Design Markets: Sydney Town Hall
Woohoo! After 2.5years, this event is finally back.
It's my first time attending, and in fact it's the first time I'll attend an art & design market as such, being held at the iconic Sydney Town Hall! There will be 76 of the best makers in Sydney under the one roof, and do come along for your chance to win one of 5 door prizes worth over $500 each (one of my earrings is included in there, so you'll need to try your luck).
It is a gold coin donation for entry, and it looks like the weather will be good for the weekend. Come along and say hi!
Mochi La Vie will be located right down the centre row, close to the stage. The new media wall will be put into place, with a more compact table set up, but you won't miss it. Hope to see you!
Sun 17 July 2022 11:30am-12:30pm
SMASH! Sydney Manga and Anime Show: ICC Darling Harbour, Sakura Stage
FREE LECTURE WORKSHOP - INTRODUCTION TO POLYMER CLAY: MAKING JEWELLERY & ACCESSORIES
It's a weekend of many firsts, and it'll be my first time attending SMASH!
I can vaguely remember back to my UNSW days seeing the huge line outside the Roundhouse and to think that SMASH! has grown this big and yet I still haven't been has been killing me inside. I've always wanted to attend, but never in a million years did I expect myself to host a panel for it!
Come along and sit back, relax or take notes and just learn something new.
The panel is going to be a lecture style talk on the basics on polymer clay - what it is, what you need, basic techniques and simple remedies for problems you might encounter while working with polymer clay. By the end of the talk you should have a basic understanding and clear direction of what you need to get started.
There will hopefully be a little bit of time at the end for questions, and I'll bring along a few samples for those who have not seen my work before and can give you a bit of insight into what you might be able to achieve with polymer clay.
Tickets are sold out for SMASH! so sorry this was a bit of short notice (it was short for me too as it was a very last minute decision for me to apply), but if you are attending, I'd love for you to come along and join in.
Looking forward to seeing you all this (hopefully beautiful and sunny) weekend!
Yours,
